Narrow the location before comparing properties
This guide covers RMV 2nd Stage. Add the block and residential road to your requirement, then explain the flat, house or site you need. If you also want to consider another stage, name it separately.
ISRO publishes the address of its headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, on New BEL Road. It is the named institutional reference in this guide. For a home in RMV 2nd Stage, add the block, cross road and building entrance; a New BEL Road landmark alone does not identify that home.
For the first enquiry, keep the full property address private until it is needed. A road or entrance reference is enough to explain which location you want to discuss.
Write the property type, room needs and the destination that matters to your household. State whether the enquiry is for buying, selling, taking a home on rent or renting out a property you own. Keep a named road, block or entrance reference with this requirement so that the next discussion can focus on the location you actually mean.
Use the visit to answer your own requirement
Ask for the stage and block; identify the road; confirm the correct building entrance; compare access and maintenance arrangements for the property type being considered.
Which block or road within RMV 2nd Stage should the enquiry include?
If you are renting, discuss monthly rent, advance and recurring charges separately. If you are buying, explain whether you mean a flat, house or site before comparing a quoted figure. Ask about the proposed timing as well as the amount.
Keep a separate dated note for every property you visit. Ask the owner which points are confirmed and which still need an answer. Record included fittings, shared responsibilities and the condition expected at handover before comparing the proposed terms. If something important remains unclear, arrange a focused follow-up rather than treating an area name or a photograph as an answer about the home itself.
