Compare buyer proposals beyond the headline amount
Compare each proposal using the same headings: amount, included items, proposed timing and conditions still open. Keep confirmed answers separate from expectations. Ask our team to clarify differences before responding; the highest number alone does not explain whether two proposals concern the same arrangement.

What should each proposal describe?
Use a separate note for each proposal so details from different conversations do not get mixed. Record the particular property, the amount discussed and any items that the buyer thinks are included. Mark a point as unanswered if it was not discussed.
Keep the date and context of the conversation with the note. A change made later should be visible as a change, rather than silently replacing the earlier proposal. This helps you ask a precise question when two accounts of the discussion differ.
Which differences need clarification?
Look at timing, access needs and points that depend on another answer. A proposal may include an expectation about furniture or a moving date that you have not considered. Ask about that difference before comparing only the amount.
Discuss who needs to be involved in your response. If other owners must consider the proposal, explain what is pending. Do not treat someone’s interest in visiting or speaking again as confirmation that every part of a purchase has been arranged.
How should you communicate your response?
Decide whether you want to accept a point for further discussion, ask a question or propose a change. Keep the response specific so the other side understands what you mean. Avoid giving different instructions through different people.
Ask our team to state what happens next and which answers remain outstanding. Keep any practical action separate until the relevant arrangements are confirmed. This guide provides a comparison method for your discussion; it does not judge a buyer or promise completion.
