What should you decide before tenant enquiries?
Think through the move-in date, what furniture and appliances will remain, how viewings will work and any building rules a tenant should know. Clear information at the start helps avoid wasted visits and misunderstandings about the flat.
Deposit, maintenance, notice, repairs and other terms should be understood by both sides before an agreement is signed. Use the appropriate independent help for agreement or legal questions.
