What exactly is included in the tenancy?
List the rooms and floors included, whether the entrance is separate and which outdoor or shared areas a tenant can use. If the owner or another household occupies part of the building, describe that clearly. Shared parking, terraces or service connections should be questions settled in the conversation, not surprises at a viewing.
Say whether the space is vacant and when it can realistically be handed over. If repairs are still planned, distinguish the present condition from work you intend to finish.
